A piece of gossip is churning out of the rumor mill! Sources say that Selena Gomez has her eyes set on Twilight hottie Taylor Lautner. Somehow this seems far fetched but lets take a look at the “facts” and you can decide for yourself.

Some sources claim that Selena Gomez has known for a while that she wanted to be back with Taylor L, they briefly dated before Taylor squared was ever around, although officially Selena says they were just friends at the time. That’s what they all say! However, Taylor L. and Selena were spotted out and about when she was in Canada filming for her movie “Ramona and Beezus.” They didn’t last, according to a source, Taylor L supposedly “cheated” on Selena. Brokenhearted Selena then went on numerous talk shows saying that boys hadn’t been very nice to her lately.

How does John Mayer fit into all this? Well it was rumored that Selena asked him to record a song with Taylor Swift and effectively distract Taylor S. from Taylor L. It seems to have worked, John was hitting on Taylor S. big time and sources say they are dating. Plus, John Mayer has yet to deny that he and Taylor S. are an item, he is usually so chatty about his love life. Nothing is really off limits for him.

All of this, almost every, detail seems like fiction. Then again, stranger things have happened! What do you guys think?
